Care Consulting
Coordinating care teams, developing care plans, advocating for patient rights, helping understand paperwork, helping navigate healthcare and legal systems, and supporting decision making.
End of Life Planning
Assisting with advance care planning and end of life decision making, coordinating palliative care and/or hospice for quality of life, hosting “living funerals” for friends and family, providing resources for after-death plans, and assisting with ceremonies.
Bedside Support
Assisting caregivers / providing respite care, giving emotional support to the sick and dying, providing bedside vigil, coordinating spiritual support, providing therapeutic services such as aromatherapy, music, art, and more.
Grief Support
Helping patients process chronic illness or mortality, helping loved ones face impending loss, providing emotional support during and after loss, providing spiritual support, helping “learn how to live again.”
In-person and remote
I serve communities in and around South San Jose, CA. From Sunnyvale to Los Gatos, Milpitas to Morgan Hill. For those outside of my area of service, I offer remote services via Zoom or Google Meet. I can also connect you to others!
